​​Experience the wonders of Phong Nha National Park by joining a full-day tour that will take you on the highlights of this area:

08:00: Your driver will arrive to pick you up and transport you to Phong Nha National Park.

Take a leisurely boat trip along the Son River, starting from the Ho Chi Minh Trail to the magnificent Phong Nha Cave - a natural wonder that has been recognized as one of the longest and most stunning karsts caves in the world, listed as a UNESCO’s world natural heritage site.

Cruise along the river and explore the Bi Ky Chamber, the Fairy Lady, and the Royal Palace cave, which is known for their unique and breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites.

Heading back to the pier and enjoying a delicious lunch served at a local restaurant.

13:30: Conclude your tour on a high note with an exhilarating adventure to Paradise Cave - the world's largest complex of caves that are often referred to as the “Underground Heaven”. 

Transfer back to Dong Hoi, and you will have free time for the rest of the day.

Embark on a historical journey across the city of Dong Hoi and discover the significant events that shaped Vietnam's history:

8:00: Start with a visit to the former Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) to learn about an important chapter during the war in Vietnam's history.

Head to Ben Hai River and Hien Luong Bridge, which once divided Northern and Southern Vietnam, and witness the remnants of fierce battles that were fought here:

• Ho Chi Minh Trail - a strategic transportation network that allowed the North Vietnamese Army to transport troops, weapons, and supplies from North to South Vietnam during wartime. 
• Dakrong Bridge - a strategic site during the war located on the Ho Chi Minh Trail that was heavily bombed by US forces
• Khe Sanh Combat Base - a former US Marine Corps base that was the site of a major battle in 1968 and now serves as a museum and memorial.
• The Rockpile - a towering limestone outcrop used as an observation post by US forces that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
• Return to the hotel in Dong Hoi.
