Experience Hanoi's early mornings after eating breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up from your hotel at 8.30 by our guide and driver to take you on a tour of some of Hanoi's most noteworthy sights. You can see hundreds of motorbikes weaving through the narrow streets, giving you a glimpse of the hectic daily lives of Hanoians. The common sight on the sidewalks is that of hawkers carrying two loads of items, such as street food, flowers, or fruit, or of women cycling along the streets while holding bright bouquets. These small touches elevate this city to the status of a distinctive and alluring travel destination.
Make your first visit to Hanoi's significant historical site, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The Mausoleum's architecture is a harmonic fusion of Vietnamese architectural elements with the design of the Lenin Mausoleum. After seeing the museum, stroll a short distance to the One Pillar Pagoda, which is considered to be the emblem of Hanoi and is shaped like a lotus blossom emerging from the river. Proceed to the Temple of Literature, which is frequently regarded as one of Hanoi's most scenic locations. The building, which was first constructed in 1070 as a university, is remarkably well preserved and represents a superb example of traditional architecture. Vietnamese students also frequent this location to try their luck in their studies and get some pictures taken for their graduation ceremony.
In the afternoon, make your way to the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which offers an insight into the 54 various ethnic groups of Vietnam. The museum provides plenty of detailed information on traditional Vietnamese ways of life. The majority of visitors want to see the Museum of Ethnology, where they may have a close-up look at a beautifully miniature depiction of the daily lives of the Vietnamese ethnic population.
